Organization General Settings
On the general settings page, you can manage your organization’s basic information and settings.
Organization Basic Information
Changing Organization Name
You can modify the display name of your organization.
Organization Name Rules
Organization names must follow these rules:

Allowed Characters:
- English letters (a-z, A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Korean (consonants, vowels, complete characters)
- Japanese (hiragana, katakana)
- CJK unified ideographs
- Latin extended characters (including accents)
- Cyrillic characters (Russian, Ukrainian, etc.)
- Hyphen (-)
- Underscore (_)
- Space ( )

Length Limit: 1 to 50 characters

Space Handling: Leading and trailing spaces are automatically removed

Required Input: Empty strings are not allowed
How to Change Organization Name
- Enter the new name in the organization name input field
- Click the Edit button
- Changes are applied immediately
Organization Logos and Icon
Organization logo and icon upload features are only available for Enterprise plans.
You can customize your organization’s branding by setting logos and icons.

You can upload separate logos to be displayed in light mode and dark mode.

Light Mode Logo
- Logo displayed on light backgrounds
- Shown in the top navigation bar
Dark Mode Logo
- Logo displayed on dark backgrounds
- Shown in the top navigation bar when dark mode is active
Logo Upload Guidelines
- File format: PNG only (supports transparent backgrounds)
- File size: Maximum 5MB
- Recommended dimensions: Width max 200px, Height 30-36px recommended
- Background: Transparent background recommended
- Dark mode: Use light-colored logo for dark backgrounds
How to Upload Logo
- Click the Upload button
- Select a PNG file
- Adjust the logo area in the crop dialog
- Changes are applied immediately after upload
Remove Logo
- Click the Remove button to delete the uploaded logo
- Default logo will be displayed after removal
Organization Icon
You can upload a square-shaped icon.

- Mobile web
- Collapsed sidebar
- Favicon (browser tab)

Organization ID
An ID used to uniquely identify the organization.
- Format: 32-character hexadecimal string (e.g.,
861b1945865472ba3783f13b49de084) - Characteristics:
- Automatically generated when the organization is created
- Cannot be changed
- Used internally by the system to identify the organization
- Copy: Click the copy button to copy to clipboard
AI Model API Key Management
BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)
BYOK feature is available as an add-on purchase for Enterprise plans.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) allows organization administrators to register their own AI model provider API keys. Registered API keys are securely encrypted and stored, and are only used for requests from that organization.

Supported AI Model Providers
AIP supports API key registration for the following 3 AI model providers:

Anthropic Claude
- Supported models: claude-4-sonnet

Google Gemini
- Supported models: gemini-2.5-pro-preview-05-06, gemini-2.5-flash-preview-04-17

OpenAI GPT
- Supported models: gpt-4.1, gpt-4.1-mini, gpt-4.1-nano
How to Register API Keys
Follow these steps to register API keys for each AI model provider:
1. Enter API Key
- Enter the issued API key in the API key input field
- Click the eye icon on the right side of the input field to show or hide the entered key
2. Test API Key
- Click the Test button to validate the entered API key
- A loading icon will be displayed during testing
- Test results:
- ✅ Success: A green check icon is displayed, indicating the key is valid
- ❌ Failure: A red X icon is displayed, indicating the key is invalid
3. Save API Key
- Click the Save button to save the API key
- Saved API keys are encrypted and securely stored
- Keys that failed testing cannot be saved
4. Activate API Key
- Enable the toggle switch to make the AI model available for use
- Cannot be activated if no key is saved
- Activated models will be added to the model selection dropdown in the user’s chat window
5. Check Status
- You can check the current status of each API key with the following badges:
- Enabled: Activated (green)
- Disabled: Deactivated (gray)
Modifying and Deleting API Keys
Modifying API Key
- Enter a new API key in the input field
- The saved state will automatically reset when the key is changed
- Validate the new key with the Test button
- Save with the Save button
Deleting API Key
- Delete all content in the API key input field
- Click the Save button to save as empty
- The activation toggle will automatically be deactivated
Danger Zone
Ownership Transfer
You can transfer ownership of the organization to another user.
The organization ownership transfer feature is not yet available and will be released soon.
Ownership Transfer Conditions
- Permission: Only organization owners can transfer ownership
- Target: Can only transfer to existing organization members
Ownership Transfer Process
- Select New Owner: Choose one of the organization members from the dropdown
- Click Transfer Button: Click the Transfer Ownership button
- Confirmation: A confirmation dialog will appear
- Completion: Once the transfer is complete, the following changes occur:
- The new owner receives the
OWNERrole - The previous owner is changed to the
ADMINrole
- The new owner receives the
Important Notes
- Irreversible: Ownership transfer cannot be undone
- Immediate Effect: Permissions are changed immediately upon transfer
