Usage Analytics
The Usage Analytics page allows you to monitor your organization’s credit usage and MCP tool call activity.
The Usage Analytics page is only accessible to organization Owners and Admins.
Overview
The Usage Analytics page provides insights into your organization’s AI credit usage patterns, enabling efficient resource management.
Key Features
- View credit usage trends by time period
- Analyze active users and average credit consumption
- Check detailed usage history by user
- View MCP tool usage statistics
Data Aggregation
- All usage data is aggregated daily based on UTC 0:00
- Data is aggregated and displayed in real-time
Period Selection
You can select the time period you want to view at the top of the page.
- Last 7 days: Data from today through the past 7 days
- Last 30 days: Data from today through the past 30 days (default)
- Last 3 months: Data from today through the past 3 months
- Custom period: Click the calendar icon to select your desired start and end dates
When you change the period, all areas of the page (summary cards, chart, table, statistics) will be updated to reflect the selected period.
Summary Cards
At the top of the page, three summary cards display key metrics for the selected period at a glance.
Total Credits Used
The total amount of credits consumed by your organization during the selected period.
- Aggregates all credit consumption from AI model usage
- Includes all credit-consuming activities such as LLM chats and MCP tool calls
Active Users
The number of users who consumed credits during the selected period.
Active users are users who have consumed actual credits through LLM chats at least once during the queried period. Users who only logged in are not included.
Avg Credits per Active User
The average credit usage per active user.
- Formula: Total Credits Used ÷ Number of Active Users
- Helps understand the average credit consumption pattern of users
Daily Usage Trends
A chart visualizing daily credit usage and MCP call counts during the selected period.
- Blue line (Credits Used): Daily credit usage (left Y-axis)
- Green line (MCP Calls): Daily MCP tool call count (right Y-axis)
- X-axis: Date
Daily Usage Details
A table showing detailed daily credit usage by user.
Table Structure
- Date: The date when credits were used
- Credits Used: Amount of credits consumed by the user on that date
- User: User name and email address
- User Tags: List of tags assigned to the user
Search Function
You can search by user name or email.
The search function only applies to the Daily Usage Details table and does not affect other areas (summary cards, chart, statistics).
Top 5 Users by Credits
Shows the top 5 users who consumed the most credits during the selected period.
Displayed Information
For each user, the following information is displayed:
- Rank: From 1st to 5th place
- User name
- Credits Used: Total credit consumption
- Percentage: User’s percentage of total organization credit usage
Use Cases
- Identify users with high credit consumption
- Analyze usage patterns for resource management
- Communicate with individual users about usage when necessary
Top 5 MCP Tools
Shows the top 5 most frequently called MCP tools during the selected period.
Displayed Information
- Rank: From 1st to 5th place
- Tool name: Name of the MCP tool
- Calls: Total number of calls
- Percentage: Tool’s percentage of total MCP calls
