Administrators can check the organization’s subscription plan and credit status on the Billing and Usage page.

Current Plan

The Current Plan card shows the plan information currently applied to the organization.

  • Plan name: The currently applied plan, such as Trial, Starter, Team, or Enterprise
  • Monthly fee: Monthly subscription amount
  • Period: The period during which the current plan applies
  • Next billing date: The next scheduled billing date

Plan changes are not currently supported. If you want to change your plan, please contact aip@querypie.com.

Credits

The Credits card shows the total credits available to the organization and their detailed breakdown.

  • Additional credits: Credits purchased separately
  • Remaining plan credits: Credits included in the current plan that have not been used yet
  • Used plan credits: Credits already used from the current plan
  • Event credits: Credits granted through events
  • Granted credits: Credits granted to the organization by an administrator
  • Scheduled event credits / scheduled granted credits: Credits scheduled to be granted later

The credit breakdown is also displayed as a bar chart. If the plan has expired, credit usage may be restricted.

In mobile environments, subscription and billing settings can only be viewed.

Credit usage limits can be managed on the Credit limits page.
