Mobile AIP Admin Guide

This guide explains how to use QueryPie AIP organization management features in the Mobile AIP app. Users with admin privileges can move to the admin menu from User Settings and manage the organization dashboard, users, SSO, billing, usage, agents, knowledge, MCP, skills, security, sandbox, Edge Tunnel, and logs.

Organization Dashboard

In the organization dashboard, you can move to major admin menus.

• User menu
• General menu
• Usage analytics menu
• Audit log menu

General Settings

In organization general settings, you can change the organization name and icon. Organization ownership transfer is also supported.

User Management

In user management, you can view the user list and review detailed information.

• Add and map user tags.
• Invite users.
• Copy invitation links.

Configure SSO

You can also review and configure SSO settings in the mobile admin menu.

Check Plan and Remaining Credits

You can view your plan and remaining credits and move to the credit history menu.

Check Credit History

In the credit menu, you can review credit usage history and detailed records.

Analyze Usage

In usage analytics, you can review organization usage status.

Manage Agents

In agent management, you can manage organization agents.

• View the agent list.
• Add, delete, and edit agents.
• View and install agents from the agent library.

Manage Knowledge Bundles

In Knowledge Bundle management, you can manage knowledge sources and bundles.

• View and add knowledge sources.
• Add or delete bundles.
• Index all bundles or individual bundles.

Manage MCP

In MCP management, you can view and edit MCP details. You can configure MCP integrations including per-agent user control and Edge Tunnel scope settings.

Manage Skills

In organization skill management, you can view and add skills.

• Upload new skills.
• Add skills from the official skill library.
• View skill details and download or delete skills.

Configure Security

In security settings, you can manage organization access control and DLP settings.

• Manage login access control entries.
• Manage DLP detection settings.
• Configure custom regex patterns.

Configure Sandbox

In sandbox settings, you can define external hosts allowed in the sandbox. You can also enable dynamic host allow options.

Manage Edge Tunnel

You can create, view, and delete organization Edge Tunnels. You can also check the status of personal Edge Tunnel and disconnect it.

View DLP Logs

In the DLP log menu, you can view the DLP log list and each log detail.

View Audit Logs

In the audit log menu, you can view the audit log list and each log detail.
