Skill Management

This feature allows you to register and manage public skills that can be utilized by all agents and users within the organization. Registered skills can be directly connected to agents or cloned by users to their personal skills menu for use.

By deploying verified useful skills, administrators can enhance the overall work efficiency of the organization without requiring individual users to create skills each time.

Key Features

  • Public Skill Registration: Register by uploading skill packages in .zip or .skill format.
  • Agent Integration: Configure specific agents to use the skill.
  • Allow User Cloning: Allow users to clone administrator skills to their Skills menu for use.
    • Cloned skills are managed independently from the administrator version.
    • Even if the administrator updates the original skill, users’ already cloned skills are not affected. Skills modified by users remain unchanged.
    • When the original skill is updated, users can check the list of skills that need updating in their Skills Library and re-clone the latest version if needed.

Configuration Method

Step 1: Access Skills Menu

Click Skills in the left menu of the admin page.

Step 2: Add Skill

Click the New Skill button at the top right to enter the skill registration screen.

Step 3: Upload Skill and Enter Information

Upload the skill file (.zip, .skill). The skill name and description included in the file will be automatically entered, and you can modify them if necessary.

  • User Library Visibility: If this option is enabled, users can view and clone the skill in their Skills menu. If disabled, it is used only for agent integration.

Step 4: Save

When configuration is complete, click the Save button to finish saving. The registered skill can be confirmed in the list.

  • Hide/Show: This option allows you to control the visibility in the user Skills Library list. It does not affect the agent Skill settings list.
  • Download: You can download the skill file in .zip format.
  • Delete: When deleting a skill, it does not affect skills already cloned by users, but it will be automatically removed from agents currently using the skill.
