My Drive
My Drive is a personal file storage.
You can systematically manage files and folders by uploading them, and you can attach saved files to the chat to ask the AI for analysis or summary.
What are the benefits of using My Drive?
Instead of uploading files every time in the chat window, you can save them in My Drive in advance and reuse them anytime.

How to Use
Access My Drive
Click My Drive on the sidebar menu to go to the storage.
Upload and Create Files/Folders
Click the Add button at the top right to select the following options:
- New folder: Create a new folder.
- Upload folder: Upload a folder from your local computer.
- Upload files: Upload files from your local computer.
File Management
Uploaded files are displayed in a list format, and the following management actions are possible:
- Single Select: Click a file or folder to select it.
- Multi-Select: Hold down the Shift key and click multiple files or folders to select them simultaneously.
- Download: Download the selected items with the Download button.
- Delete: Delete the selected items with the Delete button.
- Rename: Click the … button next to a file or folder to see the Rename option.
- View file: Supported files can be opened in the viewer.
Using in Chat
Click the Clip icon in the chat input window, then select the My Drive tab to attach saved files to the conversation.

File Viewing and Download
Files saved in My Drive can be viewed in the viewer. Supported formats such as documents, text, and images can be checked quickly without downloading them.
To download a file, select the file in My Drive and click the Download button. You can also use the download button while viewing a file in the file viewer.
Downloading Files Generated in Chat
When AI generates downloadable outputs such as reports, documents, or code files in chat, they are saved to My Drive.
Chat download links have a TTL of 10 minutes to prevent leaked links from being downloadable by anyone. Because files can be downloaded securely from My Drive through user-authenticated links, generated results can be stored permanently in My Drive.
Constraints
There are the following constraints when using My Drive.
- File Size Limit: Size limits vary by file type.
- Image Files (jpg, png, gif, webp, etc.): Max 3.75MB
- Text Files (csv, json, md, txt, etc.): Max 50MB
- Other Files (PDF, Word, PPT, etc.): Max 50MB
- Total Storage Capacity: Storage space per user varies depending on the plan.
- Starter Plan: 100MB per user
- Teams Plan: 1GB per user
- Enterprise Plan: 10GB per user
- Folder Depth Limit: Folders can be created up to a maximum depth of 5 levels.
- Supported File Formats: Most file formats can be uploaded. (However, AI analysis is most effective with text-based files such as documents, images, and code.)
- File viewing support: Some file formats can be opened directly in the viewer. Unsupported formats must be downloaded before viewing.
