My Drive
My Drive is a personal file storage.
You can systematically manage files and folders by uploading them, and you can attach saved files to the chat to ask the AI for analysis or summary.
What are the benefits of using My Drive?
Instead of uploading files every time in the chat window, you can save them in My Drive in advance and reuse them anytime.

- File Upload: Upload and store various formats of files such as documents, images, and code.
- Folder Management: Create folders to organize files structurally.
- Chat Integration: Directly retrieve files saved in My Drive from the chat window and use them in conversations.
How to Use
Access My Drive
Click My Drive on the sidebar menu to go to the storage.
Upload and Create Files/Folders
Click the Add button at the top right to select the following options:
- New folder: Create a new folder.
- Upload folder: Upload a folder from your local computer.
- Upload files: Upload files from your local computer.
File Management
Uploaded files are displayed in a list format, and the following management actions are possible:
- Single Select: Click a file or folder to select it.
- Multi-Select: Hold down the Shift key and click multiple files or folders to select them simultaneously.
- Download: Download the selected items with the Download button.
- Delete: Delete the selected items with the Delete button.
- Rename: Click the … button next to a file or folder to see the Rename option.
Using in Chat
Click the Clip icon in the chat input window, then select the My Drive tab to attach saved files to the conversation.

Constraints
There are the following constraints when using My Drive.
- File Size Limit: Size limits vary by file type.
- Image Files: Max 3.75MB
- Text Files (csv, json, md): Max 265KB
- Total Storage Capacity: Storage space per user varies depending on the plan.
- Starter Plan: 100MB per user
- Teams Plan: 1GB per user
- Enterprise Plan: 10GB per user
- Folder Depth Limit: Folders can be created up to a maximum depth of 5 levels.
- Supported File Formats: Most file formats can be uploaded. (However, AI analysis is most effective with text-based files such as documents, images, and code.)
- No File Preview: You cannot directly view or preview the contents of uploaded files in My Drive. Files can be attached to the chat and used with the AI.
