Chat is the feature for reviewing source material and continuing follow-up questions. It is not just a conversational interface. It is centered on verifying answers grounded in the selected sources.
How it works
When you send a question, NotePie finds relevant source chunks and generates a response from them. Responses can stream in real time, and you can review the connected citations alongside the answer.
What comes with it
- Citation badges used in the answer
- Suggested questions to start the conversation
- A title and summary for the current session
Continue the conversation
Chat sessions are kept at the notebook level. Previous messages and citation data remain available, so you can continue in the same context or start a new conversation when needed.
