I cannot find an address book

  • Enter its exact name in Search address books.
  • For a Selected members address book, ask the owner to check that you are included.
  • For an Everyone in the organization address book, confirm that you opened the correct organization.

Address books outside your visibility scope do not appear in the list.

Search does not find a contact

  • Make sure you selected the address book that contains the contact.
  • Enter only part of the name or company in Search name or company.
  • The contact may be in another address book; switch and search again.

I cannot edit or delete a contact

Available actions in a shared address book may depend on the address book and your permissions. If an action or settings menu is missing, ask the owner to check your access.

A business card image will not upload

  • Use a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file.
  • Keep each image at or below 3.75 MiB.
  • Check that you selected the intended files for the front and back.
  • Select Save after uploading.

AIP cannot find a LinkPie contact

  1. Select Use MCP in the message composer.
  2. If LinkPie is missing, select Explore MCP, search for LinkPie, choose the built-in card named exactly LinkPie, and install it with the name LinkPie.
  3. Check that LinkPie is on in the current conversation.
  4. Ask: Show the LinkPie address books I can access.
  5. After you confirm the address book, ask again with its name and the contact’s name.

If the address book is not visible in LinkPie, AIP cannot find its contacts either.
