Meetings
Meetings shows scheduled meetings and saved meeting records.
Scheduled meetings
Scheduled meetings at the top shows meetings that have not started yet.
Each card shows:
- Meeting date and time
- Meeting name
- In-person or remote meeting icon
- Selected languages
- Scheduled meeting or a start failure status
- Remote meeting platform: Google Meet, Zoom, or MS Teams
- Lingo join status for the remote meeting
Select a card to move to the meeting screen. If a remote meeting has not started yet, you can click Lingo Join Now on the meeting screen to let Lingo join the meeting.
In the more menu on the right side of the card, you can use Share and Delete. When deleting a recurring meeting, This meeting only and All occurrences are shown so you can choose whether to delete only this occurrence or remove the Lingo schedule from the entire recurring event.
All meetings
All meetings shows meeting records that are completed or in progress. More items load as you scroll down.
Each card shows:
- Meeting date and time
- Meeting name
- In-person or remote meeting icon
- Selected languages
- Status such as Ongoing, Paused, Cancelled, Join Failed, or Shared
- Lingo join status for the remote meeting
Select a card to open the meeting detail screen. Meetings that have not ended yet can be opened again in the meeting screen.
In the more menu on the right side of the card, you can use Share, Download transcript, and Delete. If a remote meeting is still in progress and Lingo is in the meeting, Remove Bot is shown. Selecting it removes Lingo from the meeting and ends that remote meeting record.
Select Live interpretation in the meeting type filter to view only Real-time Interpreter sessions. A Real-time Interpreter record stores what the user said while holding the microphone and the translated result.
Meeting detail
On the meeting detail screen, you can review saved text and translations.
Available actions include:
- Select the meeting name: Edit the name.
- Share: Create and configure a public sharing link.
- Download transcript: Download the meeting transcript as a TXT file.
- Delete: Delete the meeting.
- AI Summary: Summarize an ended meeting.
- Language filter: Show All languages or only a specific language.
AI Summary
Select AI Summary on the meeting detail screen to use these templates.
- Default Summary: Summarizes key points, decisions, and next actions.
- Action Items: Organizes tasks by assignee, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Meeting Minutes: Organizes discussion and outcomes by agenda item in a meeting-minutes format.
- Key Decisions: Organizes decisions with their background and rationale.
If you want a different format, enter it in Custom Prompt and click Generate. You can copy the generated summary with Copy summary.
Public sharing
Select Share on the meeting detail screen and turn on Public sharing link to create a sharing link. Anyone with the link can view the shared meeting without signing in.
Sharing settings include:
- Copy Link: Copy the sharing link.
- QR code: Scan to open the sharing link.
- Link expiration: Set the sharing link expiration date and time, or leave it as Never.
- Add password: Add a password to the sharing link.
- Unshare: Turn off public sharing.
Opening a sharing link displays the Shared session screen. On the shared session screen, viewers can review the meeting and use these actions.
- Share link: Copy the current shared session link again or share it as a QR code.
- Presentation mode: Shows the transcribed and translated text in a near full-screen view.
- Download transcript: Download the shared meeting transcript as a TXT file.
When a viewer opens a password-protected sharing link, Share link lets them choose Copy with password or Copy link only. Users without password access information must enter the password to open the shared session.
Presentation mode
Presentation mode focuses entirely on the transcribed and translated text, removing all other UI elements. It is ideal for situations such as presentations or real-time interpretation, where participants only need to see the live transcription or translation.
To enter presentation mode, select the presentation icon in the meeting screen header. It opens in a new browser tab. To exit, close the tab.
Display options
Select the settings button in the top-right corner to adjust display options.

| Text size | Adjust the transcript text size across five steps. |
| Alignment | Set the text alignment to Left or Center. |
| Theme | Switch between Light and Dark themes. |
| Emphasize current | Highlight the most recent utterance to make it easier to follow. |
Your display preferences are saved and restored the next time you open presentation mode.
