Settings
In Settings, you manage the upcoming meeting period shown on the Calendar screen and the calendar connection status.
Calendar Window
Calendar Window determines how many days of upcoming schedules are shown in Upcoming meetings on the Calendar screen.
Available values are:
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 5 days
- 7 days (default)
- 14 days
- 21 days
- 28 days
When you change the value, it is saved immediately without a separate save button. After that, the Calendar screen shows only events within the selected period that have meeting URLs.
Calendar
In the Calendar section, you connect or disconnect Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook accounts.
Supported calendars are:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
Each calendar item shows information and buttons depending on its current status.

Connect calendar
Select Connect for the calendar you want to connect. You are moved to the account authorization screen for that calendar. After authorization is completed, Lingo syncs calendar events, and events with meeting URLs appear in Upcoming meetings on the Calendar screen.
Reconnect calendar
If calendar authorization expires or sync fails, the item shows an error message and Reconnect. Select Reconnect and authorize again to restore event sync.
Disconnect calendar
Select Disconnect on a connected calendar to disconnect it from Lingo. After disconnecting, upcoming meetings from that calendar no longer appear on the Calendar screen.
