Customization

In Customization, you can register frequently used words as My keywords so Lingo can recognize them more accurately.

My keywords

Register words that appear often but can be difficult for speech recognition, such as product names, company names, people names, acronyms, and technical terms. Registered keywords are applied to speech recognition in meetings started afterward.

Add keywords

1. Enter a keyword in the New keyword field.
2. To add multiple keywords at once, separate them with semicolons (;) or commas (,).
3. If the entered keywords can be added, the N keywords will be added preview appears.
4. Click Add or press Enter to save them.

Keywords that are already registered are excluded from the add list. Keywords longer than 50 characters are not added, and Some keywords exceed the 50-character limit and will not be added. appears on the screen.

Keyword count and limits

You can save up to 100 keywords. The screen shows the current number of saved keywords and how many more can be saved.

• N keywords: The current number of saved keywords.
• N / 100 remaining: The number of keywords you can still add.

If there are no keywords yet, No keywords yet. Add words like company names, technical terms, or proper nouns. is shown.

Delete keywords

Saved keywords are shown as tags. Select the X icon on a keyword tag to delete that keyword.
