Organization Management

Use Lingo organization settings to manage members and keywords shared across the organization. Available menus and edit actions depend on your current role.

The Owner role cannot be assigned or removed from Lingo’s normal role menu. Owners and Admins also cannot change their own role.

Open member management

  1. Select Settings from the user menu.
  2. Select Member management in the organization section.

The member list shows each person’s name, organization email address, role, and whether they have started using Lingo. Search by name or email address.

Invite and remove members in AIP. The Lingo member list follows the AIP organization directory. Users with management permission can select Manage in AIP to open the AIP administration page.

Change a member’s role

  1. Open the action menu for the member.
  2. Select Change role.
  3. Select Admin or Member.

The current role cannot be selected. You also cannot use this menu to change an Owner, your own role, or the role of someone who is no longer an active member of the organization.

Manage organization keywords

Organization keywords are proper nouns and specialist terms available to meetings across the organization.

  1. Select Organization keywords in settings.
  2. Enter localized spellings for the same term in one row.
  3. Add language columns or rows when needed.

Changes are saved automatically. Owners and Admins can edit the glossary, while Members can only view it.

When creating or scheduling a meeting, select Organization keywords under Custom keywords to use this glossary. Changes made during an ongoing meeting apply to new utterances after the update.

See Keywords for personal keyword instructions.
